Refund Policy

At Feywild Grooming, we care deeply about both the comfort of your pet and your satisfaction with our services. While grooming results can vary depending on coat condition, behavior, and realistic expectations, we always strive to make things right when something’s off.

🐾 We Do Not Offer Full Refunds

Grooming is a service that requires time, skill, and hands-on care. Because of this, we do not offer full refunds once a service is completed.

🛠️ Not Happy With Your Pet’s Groom?

If you're not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We’re happy to help, and may offer:

  • A free correction appointment to adjust the haircut

  • A touch-up on things like uneven areas, missed nails, or finish work

  • A partial refund or credit at our discretion, in rare cases

✂️ Re-Grooming Qualifications

 

Touch-ups or corrections must meet these conditions:

✅ Your dog’s coat was clean, groomable, and mat-free
✅ The pet was cooperative during the original groom
✅ The request is for shape, balance, or finishing—not full restyling
✅ The coat has not been altered (bathed, brushed, clipped) since the appointment

We cannot offer re-grooms if the coat has changed significantly, or if the result matched what was discussed and approved at drop-off.

❌ Refunds Will Not Be Issued For:
  • Late cancellations or no-shows

  • Pets that must be sent home early due to behavior, illness, or safety concerns

  • Creative grooms or color work (results may vary depending on coat type and previous treatments)

  • Changes requested outside of the 48-hour window
